Ryan's Personal Training Profile: I have been involved in sports and fitness from a young age and in 2012 I moved to London from Scotland to pursue a career as a personal trainer. I have since gained experience of training clients in both a gym-based setting, as well as outdoor training. Never happy to rest on my laurels, I am constantly looking for ways to improve my skill set and service that will provide you, my client, with the best possible experience and results. Gyms can be an intimidating place, but they don’t have to be. If you feel like you need a gentle push to maximise results, I can give you that extra bit of confidence to try something new, to change up your routine and to get you back on track towards your ultimate goal. I have been involved in sports since I was 3 years old so everything related to injuries and human movement is my passion. I used to play basketball for 14 years (3 years in the USA under the basketball scholarship). The reason why I love helping people because I had ACL and MCL injuries myself so I know how important it is to come back to sports and live a healthy life. I am going to support you and help you through your training. I won’t let my clients to give up when they are trying to reach what they want and even do my best so they are happy afterwards.
