Terms and Conditions

  1. All goods and services are subject exclusively to the terms below and by placing an order of one of our services, the customer accepts these conditions.
  2. A contract is only deemed to have been made after the customer receives a confirmation of their order. This will only be sent once payment by either credit card or value voucher is made on the site.
  3. All prices are in Great British Pounds Sterling and will include VAT at the prevailing rate.
  4. Vouchers of specific value can be purchased and may be redeemed as part or full payment for the purchase of goods and services. There is no right to return purchased vouchers.
  5. All treatment reservations (whether by phone or online) are reserved especially for the customer, but may be cancelled or rearranged without charge up to 24 hours prior to the treatment. After this time no refunds or changes to the reservation will be possible and the full value of the treatment will be taken.
  6. Customers are requested to arrive 20 minutes before your treatment starts. If customers are delayed this time will be taken out of your treatment time and may in some cases result in cancellation of your treatment.
  7. Treatment vouchers or confirmations must be produced on arrival; failure to produce a valid voucher may result in the customer not being granted access to Aquilla or to their treatment.
  8. Should you have any medical conditions that could affect the treatment please contact us in advance so that we may discuss adapting the treatment.  
  9. Please be aware that Aquilla is a health and fitness club and we operate a lively swimming pool area and swimming lessons, serving both club members, hotel guests and children.
  10. You will require a £1 coin for the locker to release the key, which is returnable.
  11. If lunch is included in your package, this will be offered in Palette restaurant, located in The Rembrandt Hotel next door. Please be aware that you must be fully dressed when entering the hotel bar and restaurant.
  12. Treatment rooms are two separate rooms designed for a single customer.
  13. Steam and Sauna Rooms are individual ‘same sex’, separate rooms.
  14. Although we aim to accommodate all guests, we would advise that due to access limitations, this club is may not be suitable for reduced mobility guests.
  15. Clients will be required to fill out a medical consultation form before the treatments commence.
  16. Courses of bookings and gift vouchers will be valid for a period of six months, unless stated otherwise.
  17. All guests must adhere to the full Aquilla conduct, terms and conditions.
  18. All information (in particular, prices, bookings, online calculations) is not warranted. We cannot guarantee that this data is always fully up to date. We reserve the right to change the information on this site at any time and without prior notice or update. This also applies to improvements and / or changes in the products or treatments described on this site.
  19. The Site uses various types of cookies to provide certain functionality on the Site. A cookie is a small text file that contains small amounts of information that are downloaded to your computer or mobile device when visit a web site. These cookies are then sent back to the originating web site when you visit that site again or to another site that recognizes that cookie.  However, you can set your browser so that it will decide whether to notify you before you receive a cookie. Thus, you can decide whether you want to accept it or not.
  20. We cannot guarantee the flawless operation of hardware and software. The Site may contain technical inaccuracies and typographical or other errors in connection with information displayed on the Site, including without limitation rates, fees, or availability applicable to your transaction. We do not assume any responsibility or liability for such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We shall have the right not to honour transactions affected by such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
  21. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords, log-in, and account information.

Gift Vouchers

  1. All vouchers are non-refundable.
  2. Vouchers must be produced on arrival;  failure to produce a valid voucher may result in the customer not being granted access to Aquilla or to their treatment.
  3. All vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and will become void after this date if not used.
  4. Vouchers will be sent to you via email once payment has been confirmed.
  5. To redeem a voucher you will be required to provide your full name and voucher number upon booking.
  6. Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen.
  7. Any booking made with your voucher is subject to Aquilla’s terms and conditions. Any cancellation or ‘no show’ within the 24 hour cancellation period will deem the voucher or portion of the voucher as ‘used’ and non refundable.
  8. Treatment vouchers are only valid for one use. Once the treatment voucher has been used it will become void. The treatment voucher recipient is responsible for ensuring that the unique code on their voucher is kept secret and is not used by anyone else.
  9. Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
